#  ESTR Upgrade - April 15 2019

 To complete upgrades, ESTR was unavailable from 4:00 PM ET on Friday, April 12 until 8:00 PM ET on Sunday, April 14.

 Highlights for this release include:

- Simplified process for single IRB review and management of participating sites,
- Improved reference and flagging items for reviewers, and
- Updated workspace views.
